The fourth edition of the Exhibition Artefacto Salnés which was inaugurated on 2 May and lasted until 25 May in the same Pazo Torrado, included art works produced by students from Ramón Cabanillas high school and the participation of different artists from Cambados or artists having a close tie with Cambados. It was a multidisciplinary exhibition as it included a photography workshop run by José Luiz Oubiña and Quico Álvarez.

The invited artists were: The sculptor Manolo Paz, the fashion designer Eva Soto, the graphic artist Xulio Galloso, the conceptual artist Lois Magariños and the painters Xaquín Chaves, Uxío López, Lino Silva, Héctor Quintela, Emérita Méndez and Iria Ribadomar. Articles related to the scene in Cambados from the 70s until now were elaborated by Manolo Chazo, Ramón Caride, Begoña Gonzalez and Augusto Chaves.

Mercart, the first art and collecting fair organised by Anxo Pastor and held inthe builing of Liceo Casino in Vilagarcía de Arousa, was inaugurated on 10 April 2014 and lasted three days. Forty artists took part in it: Painters, sculptors and photographers. I took part contributing with art works small sized 30x30 cm belonging to the serie “Lenzo en Branco“ I was working on. Forty years ago I had the opportunity to take part for the first time in a collective exhibition held in the same building of Liceo Casino.

An exhibition held in the Pazo de Torrado in Cambados by Artefacto Salnés and curated by Fernando Arenaz who had as a theme Rock and Roll. It was a collective exhibition where artists from the Salnés took part and students from Ramón Cabanillas high school. I participated exhibing an aluminium panel sized 200 x 100 cm folded in the middle on which I printed CD covers chronologically organised regarding Rock and Roll. One side for the vinyl format and the other for the CD format.

The exhibition started on 16 July 2012. A collective exhibition held in the old paper factory O Lousao in Piñor de Cea and curated by Manuel Alfonso Estévez. It was meant to be shown in several cities in Spain. Each artist had to present some work on parchment paper size format 44 x 31 cm.

From 27 to 4 May. The exhibition was organised by Fernando Arenaz within the project “Artefacto Salnés 2012“. Each artist had to materialize the influence of cinema on their work. For this exhibition I prepared a work entitled ”Accidente Kafka“, where I show my creation process step by step with a stop–motion technique in a video realized by Pablo Oubiña @oubiga, accompanied by music of Van Morrison.

From 8 August to 13 October. Six artists took part in this open-air exhibition held in the archaeological site of Castro Alobre. I presented the work entitled “Ensanguentadas“ on aluminium with a structural façade size format 300 x 300 cm, divided into nine matt laminated glass modules a 4 x 4 mm thickness painted in the back part simulating roses.

The first exhibition in which I took part presenting a version of a painting of a furniture shop that my mother had. I started meeting many artists and at the end of the exhibition my painting was sold and that was a great joy for the 16-year–old youngster I was.
